Scientific abstract submission site now open for ESA’s 60th Annual Meeting

2012-AM-Logo.jpg2012-AM-Logo.jpg Lanham, MD; December 21, 2011 — The Entomological Society of America (ESA) invites scientists to submit Program Symposia for Entomology 2012, ESA’s 60th Annual Meeting, which will be held in Knoxville, Tennessee, November 11-14, 2012 .

This year’s theme is “A Global Society for a Global Science,” and submissions for Program Symposia should reflect this theme, if possible.

The deadline for Program Symposia is January 31, 2012. After that, submissions for Section Symposia and Member Symposia will be accepted.

Entomology 2012 will attract more than 3,000 researchers, professors, extension service personnel, adminstrators, research technicians, consultants, graduate and undergraduate students, and others interested in the science of entomology from around the globe.

Covering all aspects of the science, the symposia will provide insight into many of the world’s most vexing problems that affect the global community.
