The UK Government’s Justice Department has announced that the new work programme for the Law Commission will include a review of all Wildlife Law.
A consultation paper will be produced in summer 2012 for discussion with Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), and a final report and draft Bill is expected to emerge in summer 2014.
